Our Mission:

We buy current discounted surplus fashion at a price anywhere in the world and pass the savings to our clients. We also look for stock fabrics that are left over in the factory and let the manufacturer convert them to garments in order to achieve a price that would please our clients.

We are a retail/wholesale discount operation. The company was founded in 1966 as a small retail outlet. Today Cohoes employs over 300 people in 18 large Canadian retail stores..

Price and value are very important to us and our customers. We value our purchases based on the original cost price. We usually buy at 50% of the original price or less. That is why we buy stocks. Stocks are items factories get stuck with and must sell. We prefer current fashions and we are always looking for new "deals". That is the nature of our business. We
need a variety of items in men's, ladies, and children's clothing and deal with hundreds of factories all over the world. So if you have something to offer let us know what you have. It is our practice to answer our suppliers within 12-24 hours. We appreciate the same treatment from our suppliers as we believe communication is the most important part of business
today.

Let us know by e-mail [email protected] what you have to offer. For example is it ladies or men's and what is the item? A jacket or pants. Include the colors, quantity and of course the price you are asking. All prices quoted must be with Canadian quota included. We will immediately reply to you upon receiving the samples if the price and item can be used by
us. If so we will ask that you to send a sample with size specs quantity and color swatches attached. The day we receive your samples is the day you get a reply!
